Production planning
For bridge production or launch programs, include annual volume, batch size, revision cadence, and required delivery windows so capacity can be reserved.
Useful requests usually include more than a model file. Please tell us whether the part is exploratory, first article, flight or production intent; which alloy or performance range is expected; whether internal passages require CT, leak, flow, or pressure evidence; and whether export-control, customer-source inspection, or retained records apply. If your organization has a preferred PPAP, FAI, material certificate, or CMM template, mention it early so the quote can reflect the correct documentation work. For urgent design reviews, note the decision date and the consequence of delay so engineering can prioritize the intake queue appropriately. The intake team can also coordinate NDA timing, controlled file transfer, and separate technical calls for manufacturing, procurement, and quality stakeholders when a decision requires multiple approvals.
